📋 Description
• As a Truefit Product Owner you'll help companies bring great products to market • You'll collaborate with clients to build compelling product visions and refine them into a backlog • Become the champion for the client and advocate the product vision • Lead backlog grooming sessions and guide the client in creating the initial backlog • Collaborate with the Architect and QA analyst to define Acceptance Criteria • Manage scope and budget, educating clients on impacts of proposed changes • Facilitate Sprint Reviews with clients to drive learning and adjust direction accordingly
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to guide clients to the most successful implementation of their vision and the confidence to say "no" when necessary • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to create clear and compelling written product strategies and vision documents • Comfortable explaining complex technical issues to our clients as well as explaining our clients' product strategy and business model to our product team • Ability to influence and guide peers for which you have no formal authority • Previous experience working with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum • Ability to create well defined User Stories and take responsibility for a well-maintained backlog • Comfortable with presenting to and working closely with our clients to provide both updates and guidance on the progression of their products • Comfortable discussing issues such as budgets, timeline, and scope management with our clients • Ability to quickly absorb and internalize our clients' product strategies, business models, and domains • Willingness to work in all kinds of industries with clients of various sized from startups to mature, global organizations
