📋 Description

• Timing: 10:30 pm- 7:30 pm IST • Working Days: Monday- Friday • Hours: 40 hours/week • We are seeking an SEO/Generative Engine Optimisation Manager with 4-5 years of experience who is passionate about AI-driven SEO and the future of search. This individual will play a critical role in refining and executing our SEO strategies, with a specific focus on integrating emerging AI search trends such as Google's SGE, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms. • You’ll leverage your solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and apply forward-thinking tactics to ensure our content ranks effectively across traditional and AI-driven search results. • As part of a high-performing digital marketing team, you will work closely with SEO, and Content teams to shape and enhance our search strategy, driving organic traffic and enhancing the discoverability of our website.

🎯 Requirements

• AI Search Optimisation: Lead efforts to ensure our content is indexed and ranked in AI search results. You will implement and refine strategies for AI platforms like Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other emerging engines, staying ahead of industry changes. • SEO Fundamentals: Continue to optimise website content, metadata, and link-building efforts, while ensuring that traditional SEO tactics are consistently executed alongside AI strategies. • Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and user intent, guiding content development. Align content with both SEO best practices and the requirements of AI-driven search. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics, particularly in the context of AI-driven search. Use insights to inform strategy and make adjustments to improve visibility and ranking. • Collaboration with Content Team: Work with content writers to ensure that articles, blog posts, and landing pages are optimised for both traditional and AI search engines. • Contribute to off-page SEO efforts: including link-building and outreach activities, to build and maintain a strong backlink profile. • Keeping Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed of AI innovations in the SEO industry, particularly advancements in generative AI, and share insights with the team to continuously improve our SEO approach. • Growth & Scaling: Develop and execute strategies to scale SEO efforts effectively, aligning with broader company goals for traffic growth and lead generation. • Qualifications: A degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement. • Proven experience managing SEO with a strong understanding of core SEO principles and tactics (on-page, off-page, technical SEO). • Hands-on experience with AI search optimisation and familiarity with generative engines like Google SGE, ChatGPT, or similar platforms (ideal but not essential). • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and keyword research platforms. • Familiarity with AI-driven search algorithms, content structuring for AI platforms, and how to optimise for both traditional and AI search engines. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing SEO landscape.
