β€’ The Director of Key Accounts is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of top pharma/biotech accounts. β€’ Responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, developing and executing strategic account plans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs. β€’ Generate revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and driving retention, renewals, and expansion of new or existing business. β€’ Achieve annual sales goals within defined key accounts through the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer relationships. β€’ Work as part of a nimble team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders with the ultimate goal of bringing value to the customer that leads to revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree required (Biology or Life Sciences) β€’ 5+ years managing a sales team β€’ 7+ years of relevant Genomics experience in a commercial role β€’ 2+ years of proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals selling to pharma/biotech accounts β€’ Demonstrates keen business acumen, sound decision-making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing client relationships β€’ Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders of internal and external organizations β€’ Experience logging opportunities, tasks, and events within a CRM (I.e. SalesForce or similar) β€’ Must have a valid US driver’s license
