β€’ The Regional Sales Manager will lead commercial strategy within a given region. β€’ Provide subject matter expertise in cold chain management and storage workflows. β€’ Achieve annual sales goals through maintaining customer relationships. β€’ Drive growth by successfully executing account management strategies. β€’ Identify and convert leads, expand the business and gain market share. β€’ Work cross-functionally ensuring effective collaboration of resources.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree or Master`s Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering or relevant field. β€’ Many years of experience in life sciences equipment sales in a designated region/ territory (Lab Automation preferred). β€’ Experience in life sciences, lab automation and biobanking preferred. β€’ Excellent market knowledge linked to automated storage solutions. β€’ Strong experience in territories sales planning. β€’ Proven track record in meeting/ exceeding sales goals. β€’ Well versed in the application of sales techniques. β€’ Confident communication (written and oral) skills. β€’ Very good MS Office skill and Sales Force would be an advantage. β€’ Fluent in German and English. β€’ Must have a valid driver’s license.
