📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Help build high quality and impactful tools and experiences for real estate professionals to have productive businesses. • Design experiences that engage, motivate, and educate clients while keeping things light and enjoyable. • Own the entire design process for your products (Discovery, Design, Prototyping, Testing, Documentation). • Inform decisions through data and research. • Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and other designers. • Uphold the quality of the Back At You brand across every touchpoint with our audience. • Contribute to the culture of a small and growing design team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company, Enterprise Software, or B2B. • Passionate about creating efficient, usable, and approachable products. • Comfortable breaking down complicated and sometimes ambiguous problems into actionable projects. • Systems-oriented and entrepreneurial in product design thinking and execution. • Willing to work on large scale roadmap projects as well as smaller improvements. • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently. • Can work in a fast-paced environment. • Excited to learn and stay on top of the real estate industry. • Flexible, a team player, and open-minded. • Comfortable with adhering to structure and process but comfortable operating in the abstract.
