• 5-8 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or people analytics roles, ideally within a public company or in a compliance-driven environment • Experience with optimizing core HR systems (experience with ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Etrade, etc. strongly preferred) • A working knowledge of employment regulations, HR compliance programs, and public company audit processes • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with people data analysis and reporting • High attention to detail, experience with project management, and documentation skills • Collaborative working style and a desire to build efficient, people-centered processes and a solutions-oriented attitude • Comfortable with change and eager to grow with evolving systems and company needs • Nice to Have: Experience supporting SOX or SOC 2 audits • Exposure to compensation, equity, or payroll systems and processes
