• The Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring products and services meet global technical standards and regulations. • This position guides compliance strategies, manages TRS certifications, and supports decision-making for new products and markets within the Valves operating unit. • The role also involves cross-functional project management, engaging with various teams to address certification challenges and maintain regulatory compliance across product lines.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably Engineering • Have minimum 5 years of experience in product Technical Regulations and Standards (TRS), or equivalent regulatory compliance with product certifications (e.g., PED, ATEX, ASME, CUTR, REACH, etc.) • Able to fluently speak and write in English • Have strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Preferably possess technical knowledge of Valve product lines • Preferably be qualified to lead or conduct TRS audits • Preferably be able to review and clear ITC and TRS blocks/issues in ValvStream and SAP
