Description

• Provide legal support for commercial and operational matters • Handle high-level contract negotiations • Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business success • Draft, review, and negotiate strategic business agreements and transactions • Review and negotiate various agreements, including customer contracts and software agreements • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance • Participate in negotiations with customers and suppliers • Assess, appoint, and manage outside counsel • Participate and lead training on legal risks • Support the development and maintenance of a strong culture of compliance

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the US or UK and/or other jurisdiction • Significant experience in a law firm or in-house • Major experience negotiating digital contracts • Fluent in English, both verbally and written • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork skills • Ability to think clearly and communicate priorities clearly and concisely • Understanding areas of law, regulations, risks, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and the compliance landscape
