📋 Description
• Lead the Financial Reporting Team collaborating with other firms and departments. • Collect and analyze Finance-related information and identify issues. • Month-end close activities including journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations. • Financial statement analysis support to Firm Partners and managers. • Enhance internal business unit and firm operations by identifying opportunities for improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. • CPA License preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience. • Ability to work independently with technical competence in accounting. • Articulate, professional demeanor with strong self-confidence and executive presence. • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills. • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. • Ability to provide exceptional client service. • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) technical knowledge, skills, and experience.
