• Seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join Baker Tilly's Internal Financial Reporting Team. • Involvement in GAAP Standards, financial review, analysis, and statement consolidation. • Requires problem-solving techniques, effective communication, and collaboration. • Ensure processes are executed appropriately, accurately, and timely. • Advocate for continuous improvement and embrace change management in a dynamic organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. • CPA License preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience. • Technical competence in accounting. • Articulate, professional demeanor with strong self-confidence and executive presence. • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills. • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. • Ability to provide exceptional client service. • Commitment to continuous learning and ethical knowledge. • A sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects. • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) technical knowledge, skills, and experience.
