📋 Description
• Assist in providing compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals • Review complex individual, partnership, S-corp, trust, estate, gift and state tax returns • Analyze international holdings for disclosure purposes • Work on multiple engagements delivering proactive tax planning • Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends • Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships • Effectively manage engagements and projects • Develop and expand compliance and planning tools • Manage, supervise, train and lead the staff • Provide recommendations for business innovation and process improvements • Proactively participate in practice development • Contribute to project revenue and profit objectives • Invest in professional development • Assist with recruiting activities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent • CPA, JD or EA required • 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm providing tax services • 1+ year’s supervisory experience • Prior experience with international tax compliance and planning • Proven ability to analyze foreign information sources • Strong interest in developing a career working with global taxpayers • Strong time management and project management skills • Strong tax research and professional writing skills • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
