Description
• Develop and implement internal communications strategies for effective communication • Create, edit, and distribute communications content to various audiences • Organize internal events and meetings to strengthen company culture • Develop customer communications and create content for external-facing channels • Manage multiple projects and recommend strategies to achieve goals • Work with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content • Measure effectiveness of communications and make adjustments • Collaborate to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify problems • Execute special projects as required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field required • 3 years in marketing, corporate communications or public relations field and 5 years proven content writing or copywriting experience (must provide portfolio at interview) required • 3+ years in marketing, corporate communications or public relations field and 5+ years proven content writing or copywriting experience (must provide portfolio at interview) preferred
