Description
• Manages client service calendar • Prepares census and MHQ’s and RFP for marketing • Communicates directly with the incumbent and awarded carrier partner • Completes all applicable paperwork to execute the plan • Maintains a priority for accuracy, timeliness and completion • Manages client inquiries • Reviews existing programs to determine if additional lines of insurance should be added • Cultivates strong relationships with clients and insurance company partners • Responsible for knowing the requirements and attributes of all insurance company partners • Looks for opportunities to improve the firm and processes • Completes special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Current State Insurance license required • Bachelor's degree preferred plus 2+ years of related experience.
