• Develop and implement internal communications strategies to ensure effective communication within the organization • Create, edit, and distribute communications content to various audiences • Organize internal events and meetings to help strengthen company culture • Develop customer communications and create content for external-facing channels • Manage multiple projects and recommend new strategies to achieve goals • Work with cross-functional team members to create high-quality content for various internal channels • Measure the effectiveness of communications strategies and make necessary adjustments
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field required • 3 years in marketing, corporate communications or public relations field and 5 years proven content writing or copywriting experience (must provide portfolio at interview) required • 3+ years in marketing, corporate communications or public relations field and 5+ years proven content writing or copywriting experience (must provide portfolio at interview) preferred
