• Assist potential customers with their personal insurance needs via telephone and email by explaining policy and coverage options and benefits using a consultative sales approach in a fast paced and high-volume call center. • Quote and sell various insurance policies to potential customers via telephone and email with multiple carriers and meet sales targets • Use company sales system to manage leads, tasks and quoting within expected time frames • Evaluate risk to accurately quote and recommend insurance carrier and coverage based on underwriting guidelines and customer needs while meeting quality goals • Build and maintain relationship with provided lead sources which may be internal or external • Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company
