• Manage and lead the full proposal development lifecycle for Business & Transaction opportunities. • Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings with appropriate lead attorneys and stakeholders. • Maintain proposal milestones schedule to ensure understanding of business requirements and strategy. • Participate in RFP notification review as part of the team’s monthly rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a proposal role is required. • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable. • Background in the corporate transaction sector. • Proficiency in proposal management software and tools is essential. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Planning and organizational skills. • Effective communication skills. • High level of professionalism when interacting with attorneys, clients, staff, and vendors. • Exemplary client service and teamwork skills are essential. • Qualified applicants should hold a four-year college degree, preferably with coursework in marketing, business, communications, and/or writing. • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
