📋 Description

• At HopSkipDrive, the goal is to create opportunity through mobility. • This role will build a strong network for onboarding and supporting Rider Assistants. • You will develop and execute strategies to build Rider Assistant supply and meet client demand. • The job involves leveraging data-driven insights to optimize onboarding and growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless Rider Assistant experience. • Provide exceptional support to Rider Assistants, meeting targets for CSAT and SLAs. • Create training resources and monitor Rider Assistant metrics for improvements. • Develop compliance protocols to ensure adherence throughout the lifecycle. • Prepare to build and lead a high-performing team as a player-coach. • Lead special projects and manage vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing large-scale operational processes, within a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment. • Strong analytical skills (Tableau, Gsheets) with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements. • Experience working collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve shared operational goals and implement company-wide initiatives. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide effective support and build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage projects and initiatives independently, driving them to successful completion. • Proven success in leading and managing high-performing operational teams, including hiring, training, and coaching front-line employees.
