Description

• Manage customer email inquiries using HappyFox • Conduct regular reader surveys to measure customer satisfaction • Support candidates in completing Candidate Connection surveys • Help with planning and projects alongside Communications Department team members

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for Ballotpedia’s mission • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in a remote work environment • Excellent written communication skills • Self-starter with a proactive approach to customer service • Strong research skills • High level of empathy • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Strong analytical skills • Resourceful problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable using email-based customer service platforms • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Collaborative team player • Willingness to continually learn and adapt • Ability to handle periodic “on-call” responsibilities on weekends
