📋 Description
• Responsible for driving new business and managing the full sales cycle • Conduct compelling product demos that highlight Balto’s AI-driven capabilities • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective companies • Identify customer pain points and tailor solutions that align with their business goals • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and account growth • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies • Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer feedback
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role • Exceptional listening, rapport-building, and verbal communication skills • A refined, sophisticated, and customer-focused selling style • Strong written communication skills across various media, including email, text, presentations, and proposals • Ability to apply business acumen to deliver valuable insights to prospects
