• Partner with internal teams and external PR agency to raise visibility. • Manage project timelines, coordinating with agencies, freelancers and internal teams. • Fully understand the needs of target audiences and key messaging. • Establish company-wide editorial review process for content accuracy. • Assist in developing high-quality content for various marketing channels. • Work collaboratively to deliver on overall business objectives. • Identify metrics and capture KPIs for marketing communications-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication. • Mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change. • Superior understanding and ability to implement editorial standards. • Demonstrated success working with external PR agencies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in public relations and communications. • Proficiency in marketing communication analytics and reporting. • Strong project management skills. • Operational or client services background with healthcare experience preferred. • High level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing work environment. • Ability to work in a conducive virtual environment.
