Description
• As the IRS Communications Specialist, you will manage and resolve IRS communications for clients. • Your expertise will enable effective communication with clients, tax preparers, and the IRS. • Track and analyze IRS notices to identify trends and develop strategies to reduce their occurrence.
Requirements
• Current Enrolled Agent (EA) certification. • Fluent English language skills, C2 or Native speaker. • Proven experience in tax preparation, IRS communications, or related fields. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in individual tax preparation software, and Google Suite. • Experience with IRS systems and procedures. • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
