Description

• Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as a trusted partner for therapists and patients. • The role involves leading cross-functional communications initiatives, managing events, and handling messaging and press releases. • Collaborate with teams to develop campaigns and maintain media relations. • Manage conferences and develop messaging to generate positive perceptions of Grow Therapy. • Ensure all external communications are high quality and accurate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of strategic or corporate communications experience • A background in healthcare and existing relationships with healthcare media • Storytelling skills and an ability to craft compelling and relevant narratives tailored for a healthcare audience • Experience managing direct reports and scaling a team
