β’ Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as a trusted partner for therapists and patients. β’ The role involves leading cross-functional communications initiatives, managing events, and handling messaging and press releases. β’ Collaborate with teams to develop campaigns and maintain media relations. β’ Manage conferences and develop messaging to generate positive perceptions of Grow Therapy. β’ Ensure all external communications are high quality and accurate.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of strategic or corporate communications experience β’ A background in healthcare and existing relationships with healthcare media β’ Storytelling skills and an ability to craft compelling and relevant narratives tailored for a healthcare audience β’ Experience managing direct reports and scaling a team
