Description
• Administers physical therapy treatment under Physical Therapist supervision. • Implements individualized treatment plans. • Monitors treatment effectiveness and collaborates with Physical Therapist. • Documents treatment and communicates with interdisciplinary teams. • Participates in discharge planning and ongoing education. • Exhibits adaptability in assignments and manages caseload effectively.
Requirements
• Graduated from Physical Therapy Assistant program accredited by APTA, or equivalent. • Must possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license from the state seeking practice if required. • BLS certification required. • Clinical competency, experience, training and education required to perform the job. • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain throughout employment (if applicable).
