• Responsible for supporting the Banner Health IT Incident Management process • Refine, review, and introduce process improvements for incident responses • Work closely with incident response teams and product teams across IT
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 6-8+ years of related experience • Experience with ServiceNow • Past experience/interest with incident, change and problem management via ITIL framework best practices • Audit compliance experience • Strong communications skills and experience with teaching/training others
