📋 Description

• Gordian’s Planning Services team helps clients make data-driven decisions on operational effectiveness and capital investments. • Conduct Facility Assessments and present findings to client leadership. • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data analysis and create deliverables. • On-site facilities life-cycle assessments to inventory core assets. • Ownership of Projects: responsible for data management and story-crafting.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, technical diploma or equivalent experience • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Analytical skills – the ability to have numbers “tell a story”. • Proven success working as both a leader and a learner in a team environment. • The ability to identify project challenges, and judgment on when to escalate and when to solve them independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience in Facilities Management and/or Planning and Construction are a plus. • Able to demonstrate clear written and verbal communications. • Preferred OSHA working knowledge.
