📋 Description
• Collaborate in the development, implementation, and optimization of CACI's compensation programs. • Provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation practices, salary structures, and incentive plans. • Serve as the strategic compensation partner to business leaders and Talent Acquisition. • Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity across roles and levels. • Support the annual compensation planning process. • Perform job mapping and market pricing for roles at CACI. • Prepare and deliver compensation-related reports and presentations to stakeholders. • Keep abreast of the regulatory environment and ensure compliance with regulations. • Participate in compensation-related projects and provide input on best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field • 3-5 years of Compensation consulting experience • General Compensation, Sales Compensation and/or Executive Compensation experience • Experience supporting government contracting or technical industry • Strong analytical and technical skills including advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday HRIS, Payfactors. • US Citizenship required
