• The Application Analyst II will serve as an essential support role within the applications team, tasked with the day-to-day management of various software applications across clinical, business, or ambulatory settings. • This role will involve initial troubleshooting, minor configurations, and regular maintenance to ensure applications run smoothly and meet user needs. • Entry into this role offers a promising career path for individuals looking to specialize in IT within the healthcare sector, providing ample opportunities to work with diverse teams and technologies to improve patient and operational outcomes. • This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required. • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field of study preferred. • A minimum of 2-6 years' experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring enterprise applications in a healthcare or comparable environment required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered. • Intermediate understanding of application configurations and settings. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues. • Effective communication skills to interact with various user groups. • Capacity to learn and adapt to new applications and software environments quickly. • Ownership of continued learning and ability to learn on the fly. • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs. • Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
