• Lead the media strategies across the Amazon channel to support business priorities, category objectives, communications calendar, and commercial goals • Craft compelling integrated marketing campaigns focused on revenue growth and customer acquisition • Create and iterate media scenarios with agency ad partners that are grounded in data and research • Collaborate to improve product positioning, listing optimizations, promo strategies and review acquisition • Oversee competitive positioning and pricing strategies to enhance market share and customer engagement • Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine marketing strategies • Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the growth team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading growth and marketing on Amazon, with demonstrated results in media strategy on and off the Amazon platform • Demonstrable ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights • A history of entrepreneurial, resourceful approaches to challenges, ideally within a startup or new product launch environment
