Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B environments. β€’ Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and cross-functional stakeholders. β€’ Experience managing large budgets to drive meaningful returns. β€’ Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions. β€’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau. β€’ Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. β€’ Ability to travel routinely within North America.
