Description

• Own the revenue goal • Develop strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention, supported by rigorous quantitative analysis. • Drive funnel optimization and lifecycle marketing (including email, sms, etc) after deeply understanding our users • Scale and deepen Numerade’s presence on key social channels. • Build paid media strategies promoting Numerade’s brand and product, with a focus on driving measurable user acquisition • Proactively identify channel optimization and growth opportunities, surfacing dependencies and blockers to cross-functional stakeholders. • Collaborate with product and other partners to improve user flow and proactively identify content and user experiences that fuel subscription growth. • Partner with our customer success teams to drive overall customer satisfaction and increase retention. • Partner with out content operations team and deepen our relationships with our educators and leverage content for overall growth. • Partner with our product, eng and SEO teams to build and maintain scalable growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2C subscription growth marketing, with a focus on content driven growth, product lead growth/SEO, driving marketing campaigns, and anything else that makes sense. • An entrepreneurial outlook; you’re VERY comfortable in a “startup” environment. • Owner mentality and quick to get your hands dirty so you can learn the intricacies of what works / what does not. • Deep exposure to performance marketing across Google, FB, TikTok, etc. channels. • The ability to leverage data, manipulate data and extract insights. If you are scared of excel, please do NOT apply. • Experience testing and scaling every type of growth & marketing channel, from paid marketing, email, social, etc. and channels from the ground up. • Hypothesis-guided skills that are used to prioritize a large number of ideas against a finite amount of resources. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • The ability to quickly take a thought and turn it into execution very quickly.
