Description

• Work on projects that truly impact our clients' businesses and attract team members who love to be challenged with tough problems and fast-paced work. • Manage the day-to-day operations of a client account(s), with direction and oversight from Director. • Develop good working relationships with clients, measured by project success and client satisfaction. • Make important, relevant contributions in client and internal meetings, with a focus on generating workable conclusions. • Synthesize client notes into digestible, actionable feedback for the team. • Demonstrate curiosity and take initiative when presented with problems, helping to come up with solutions. • Provide project updates on scope, budget and timeline to client or senior team on a regular basis. • Work with project team to estimate and understand hours needed to execute against tasks. • Monitor project hours and send weekly burn reports to clients. • Develop scope documents and change orders. • Handle other duties as assigned by Director.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of account or project management experience in the advertising/marketing industry • A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or similar field • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills • Adjust to rapidly changing priorities and succeed in a fast-paced environment • Develop good working relationships with clients, measured by project success and client satisfaction • Develop project briefs, review deliverables and manage client feedback for assigned projects • Synthesize client notes into digestible, actionable feedback for the team • Make important, relevant contributions in client and internal meetings, with a focus on generating workable conclusions • Demonstrate curiosity and take initiative when presented with problems, helping to come up with solutions • Provide project updates on scope, budget and timeline to client or senior team on a regular basis • Work with project team to estimate and understand hours needed to execute against tasks • Monitor project hours and send weekly burn reports to clients • Develop scope documents and change orders • Handle other duties as assigned by Director • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Good web and Mac desktop skills – we use Google Docs, Slack, and various web-based tools such as Harvest and Asana • Experience in the advertising/marketing industry: 3-5 years of account or project management experience in the advertising/marketing industry • Excellent written,
