📋 Description
• Responsible for revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with ASC 606. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline revenue-related processes. • Manage deferred revenue schedules and validate billing processes. • Improve systems and procedures and initiate proposed changes. • Maintain extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. • Record accounting information professionally and in detail. • Develop and enforce AR policies and procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in accounting/finance • Experience working in B2B SaaS • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Experience with Netsuite • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients/customers. • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
