• The Vice President of Human Resources is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the human resource's function and supporting the organization's strategic goals. • This role oversees all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. • The VP HR collaborates closely with executive leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position. • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business results. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse workforce. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
