Description

• Serve as the linchpin of client-centric operations in Switzerland. • Bring in new clients and expand key client relationships. • Understand client objectives, coordinating internal teams to deliver on requests. • Identify new prospects and opportunities for account growth. • Lead strategic discussions to align company offerings with client goals. • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues effectively. • Creation and management of customer and prospects’ pipeline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consultancy experience with a track record of supporting the adoption and implementation of digital projects. • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life science R&D activities. • Extensive Sales experience in similar business. • Ability to understand and relate to client needs, translating them into winning proposals. • Bachelor or Master´s degree (a plus). • In-depth knowledge of the Life Science industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with digital technologies platforms to manage R&D systems. • Proven track record of developing new offerings for clients. • Cross-cultural competence.
