β€’ Lead the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions for pharma and healthcare clients, ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical solutions aligned with business goals. β€’ Provide architectural leadership and guidance for Salesforce implementation projects, including customization, integrations, and data management. β€’ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including regulatory and security requirements specific to healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. β€’ Design solutions that integrate life science specific products and services to enhance data-driven decision-making and patient engagement. β€’ Work on projects involving Events Management, HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement processes, and other relevant pharmaceutical use cases. β€’ Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution roadmaps. β€’ Mentor and guide junior developers and solution architects on the team. β€’ Knowledge sharing.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect (Application / System or Technical architect certification would be expected). β€’ Broad experience with Salesforce platform capabilities implementation. β€’ Experience in integrating external systems with Salesforce following various integration patterns depending on use case / integration technology. β€’ Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally with knowledge of regulations and processes. β€’ Experience designing complex, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integrations with external systems and data management. β€’ Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, including security, performance optimization, and scalability. β€’ Consulting mindset. β€’ Ability to manage, steer & overview development / implementation teams on & offshore. β€’ A BSc or MSc from a leading university in e.g., business, computer science, finance, economics, information technology, or engineering with strong academic records. β€’ Experience in marketing, technology, and/or consulting with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce products implementation. β€’ Knowledge of business modelling and process documentation. β€’ Understanding of relational database concepts, ETL processes, data management and segmentation best practices. β€’ Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, technical and functional requirements gathering, and design sessions. β€’ Demonstrated ability to architect, build and execute data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex multi-channel marketing automation and related reporting & analytics. β€’ Knowledge of API integration with CRM platforms and Web properties. β€’ Ability to think strategically and develop a real understanding of stakeholder need. β€’ Excellent in communication and interfaces with clients. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. β€’ Strong understanding of IQVIA or Veeva products and how they integrate with Salesforce to support healthcare business processes (ideally certifications). β€’ Previous consulting experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Life Science Cloud / Health Cloud experience. β€’ Experience with Events Management and HCP engagement processes in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. β€’ Additional Salesforce certifications such as AI, Platform Developer 2, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc. AI Knowledge.
