β€’ Translate business requirements into technical requirements β€’ Provide options for clients, explaining the pros/cons of each β€’ Utilize Salesforce best practices for design work β€’ Lead technical discovery β€’ Manage testing and UAT for clients β€’ Create documentation on all projects to supply at the end of the engagement β€’ Communicate clearly and succinctly via email, Slack, or over the phone β€’ Provide realistic estimates for work and delivery times β€’ Build and maintain relationships with clients, in any capacity β€’ Stay organized and disciplined about tracking projects, delivery, and timelines β€’ Identify growth opportunities for the client throughout a project

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience β€’ 3+ years of Salesforce architecture experience β€’ 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience β€’ Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, and Data Architect are required β€’ Ability to confidently analyze the impact of the solution on the state of the business goals and direct outcomes of solution implementation β€’ Ability to identify risks for scalability and suggest mitigation β€’ Ability to define a procedure and process to ensure solution delivery β€’ Ability to confidently demo solutions for clients β€’ Ability to take any business requirement and translate it into options for the client, explaining the pros/cons of each β€’ Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, in any capacity β€’ Ability to confidently scrutinize project constraints to analyze alternatives, mitigate risks, and conduct process re-engineering as necessary β€’ Comfortability challenging assumptions and pushing back on ideas or solutions that aren’t best practices β€’ Comfortability meeting ad hoc with clients to get a sense of technical requirements β€’ Organized and disciplined about tracking projects, delivery, and timelines β€’ Gives estimates for delivery times and work estimates that match reality β€’ Communicate clearly and succinctly via email, Slack, or over the phone β€’ Some travel may be required - 10-15%
