β€’ Developing a deep understanding the advertising industry and the process of digital ad campaign management β€’ Cultivating a deep understanding of the customer and be able to clearly articulate their needs. β€’ Identifying and validating new product opportunities and incorporate them into your long-term product vision. β€’ Prioritizing and breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product design and development. β€’ Managing tradeoffs in time, capabilities, and cost during development to achieve product goals. β€’ Defining and evaluating product metrics to make data-driven decisions. β€’ Communicating product plans and status to internal stakeholders. β€’ Passionately serving as the internal and external evangelist for your product. β€’ Analyzing competitive offerings and understand how your product is comparatively viewed by customers. β€’ Collaborating with Basis teams to create coordinated release strategies and help everyone understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years leading a product management team, ideally in building SaaS, cloud-based applications β€’ Ad tech experience; ideally prior experience at a company with a DSP or ad exchange/SSP
