• Collaborate with executive leadership to define product vision aligned with the company’s overall strategy and goals. • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define product strategy, positioning and differentiation. • Work with GTM team on product pricing, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. • Ensure that milestones are met, resources are allocated effectively, and potential issues are addressed promptly. • Lead the product management team in the development of product roadmaps, detailed product requirements, including user stories. • Knowledge of agile methodology and ability to transform organization from waterfall to agile. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management including the development and maintenance of metrics to inform feature and solution development from concept, design, post-launch support, and end of life. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, track user engagement, and measure the success of product initiatives including product profitability. • Guide product development with understanding of user personas and specific product requirements and acceptance criteria. • Identify potential risks, challenges, and obstacles related to product development and devise mitigation strategies. • Partner with CTO, CPMO), and Chief AI Officer on innovation by exploring new technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive opportunities that can reshape our market landscape. • Build and mentor a high-performing product organization, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading product organizations; 5+ years for a modern SaaS/Cloud organization. Experience serving complex enterprise customers required. • 10+ years people management experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate global cross-functional teams. • Industry-leading expertise in product management and design, within a globally distributed Product organization. Experience leading product roadmap planning and prioritization processes. Uses KPIs and data to inform decision making and evaluate ROI. • Experience in Agile and ability to build product management organizations. • Proven record of success in a senior leadership role within product management, as a VP or Senior Director of Product Management. Exceptional collaboration skills, working with key cross functional partners in Engineering and Go-To-Market teams. • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies. • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, including the capability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience in driving product innovation and managing product portfolios through various lifecycle stages in hypergrowth ventures. • Experience successfully bringing new products to market. • Proven experience in collaborating with the Marketing organization to create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the value proposition of our products. • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies to grow ASP, improve customer retention, and expand existing accounts. • A track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective product management and Customer Success collaboration. • Proven record of designing and implementing a product & design methodology, culture, and process that deliver innovation at scale and velocity. • Champion user-centered design principles to create intuitive and seamless experiences for our customers. • Record of building strong relationships with key customers and using customer insights to drive continuous improvement and customer-centric product development. • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS product delivery and go-to-market strategy. • Demonstrated proficiency in market research, competitive analysis and using data and insights to inform product strategy. • Deep experience in product-led-growth. • Strong offshoring background, experience leading teams in India. • Transparent, results driven with low ego to drive results – unafraid to admit your mistakes and course-correct. • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
