• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GasBuddy's product offerings including rewards, payments, advertising, and partnerships. • Lead and mentor a team of Product Leads, providing guidance and support in their respective areas. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with company objectives • Drive product innovation through strategic planning and effective execution. • Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of product features based on user feedback and data insights. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product organization. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive product initiatives forward. • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
