Requirements
• Experience in data analysis, especially focused on areas such as business performance, financial data, marketing campaigns, and product development • Experience analyzing funnels, conversions, and running optimization experiments • Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Good knowledge of Python • Very good communication skills and ability to discuss both with data scientists and engineers as well as business leaders and product managers • Curiosity about data, marketing, and products, great analytical thinking skills • Fluency in English • Experience working with Agile and Scrum • Team management or other leadership experience • Practical experience working with digital marketing campaigns and/or Google Analytics • Knowledge of Snowflake, Tableau, or Google Tag Manager • Fluency in Polish, French, or German is a big plus
