Description

• Track and trace all inbound shipments and communicate delays and/or changes to affected departments when necessary • Coordinate and manage transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods • Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including shipment details, invoices, and delivery confirmations • Assist in the development and implementation of transportation strategies to support overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness • Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance, including on-time delivery rates, cost analysis, and carrier performance • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams • Support the SCL team with other tasks and projects as required • Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles with a focus on transportation management across import/export and parcel shipments • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Strong understanding of retail/wholesale supply chain and distribution systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically in Excel and Power BI; experience with NetSuite is a plus
