• ABOUT DSC: In 2011, we didn’t just disrupt the entire shaving industry; we revolutionized it. • Stop wasting time not working for us and come join the club! • ROLE SUMMARY: The Supply Planner Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our inventory management and supply chain processes. • Vendor Management: Oversee supplier relationships through regular communication, manage delivery schedules, and monitor DSC-owned inventory. • Systems Optimization: Drive the integration and advanced use of both the Netsuite ERP and the BlueRidge planning system. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of key projects. • Strategic Purchasing: Lead initiatives on safety stock levels, secondary packaging needs, and manage DSC-owned inventory.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred • Experience: 2+ years in supply chain, procurement, or related fields. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite and planning systems like BlueRidge is highly desirable • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a comfort level in working with numbers and data for effective problem-solving and decision-making • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with an ability to escalate and convey critical information effectively. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach are essential, with preference given to candidates who have project management experience
