Description

• As the Director of Product Management you will be responsible for leading the Contextual Commerce product portfolio. • Developing and executing product strategies, driving product development initiatives, and ensuring successful product launches. • Ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of product management experience. • More than 8 years of team leadership experience. • Strong bias towards action (timely decision making). • Ability to build strong partnerships with Engineering, Services/Sales and Client leaders and teams. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in managing and leading product management roles. • Experience formulating and executing product strategies for business growth. • Success in overseeing the entire product lifecycle including Go-To-Market activities. • Strong command of product management methodologies and best practices. • Profound quantitative background, deriving insights from complex data to inform strategic decisions. • Ability to connect innovative thinking to business and financial outcomes. • Self-motivated, proactive, adept at navigating complexities and managing stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Passion for innovation and technology, with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to create exceptional products that delight users
