• Complete specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget; • Data compilation and organization; • Prepare quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.); • Conduct project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.); • Conducting site reconnaissance and identifying various building systems and their overall condition • Prepare technical report authoring. • Basic construction cost budgeting • Maintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project; • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule; • Identify and resolve issues with projects: • Manage multiple projects; and • Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; • 3 – 9 years of relevant experience • Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types; • Must be located in Chicago, Northern California, Dallas, or Atlanta • Travel will be required • This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
