• Develop and manage F&I products and services for RV dealership. • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking. • Explain features and advantages of various products to promote sale of vehicle service plan. • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs. • Call on F&I Managers in RV dealerships to explain plans and suggest changes. • Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for dealer to implement and provide program. • Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for clients. • Attend meetings and seminars to learn about new products and services. • Train dealers on sales and F&I processes as needed. • Attend trade shows to promote company’s lines of business.
• Minimum education: High school diploma • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Exceptional telephone demeanor • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service. • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar position • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
