Description

• The Insurance Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of insurance records and timely premium disbursements for all escrowed loans. • Monitor the work of the insurance vendor to ensure premiums are paid and customer-related issues are resolved timely. • Respond to team email inbox and resolve any issues. • Process Daily Import files to update insurance information from the vendor. • Review loans that reject in the insurance batch. • Analyze Monthly Lender-Placed Insurance bill and pay accordingly. • Create/maintain procedure documents as requested. • Research insurance lines as needed during the monthly analysis process. • Monitor deposits and disbursements for Loss Draft funds.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Proficient with MS Office • Exceptional telephone demeanor • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar position • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred) • Experience in a mortgage banking or real estate financing environment (preferred)
