• Responsible for developing influencer marketing strategies across all brands and platforms. • Lead, manage and grow the influencer marketing team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaigns. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights. • Develop and maintain the influencer marketing budget. • Set and manage internal sales goals for all team members. • Stay up to date with industry trends and apply knowledge to drive innovation. • Oversee large-spend influencer marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. • A master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience leading a sales or influencer marketing team, in a leadership role. • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and emerging trends in digital marketing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights. • Experience using AirTable for managing influencer campaigns. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong project management skills. • Experience managing budgets of $5M+. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
