Description
• Responsible for executing influencer marketing strategies aimed at expanding brand presence and driving conversion across social media platforms • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms • Develop creative and innovative influencer marketing campaigns • Collaborate with talent and internal teams to create engaging, brand-appropriate and platform optimized content • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to marketing in the adult toy industry • Manage influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 1-2 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media management, or b2b sales, preferably in the lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or adult industries • Proven experience with and a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain positive relationships with influencers and partners • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working in the adult toy industry and promoting sexual wellness • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as in a team • Discretion, professionalism, and a sensitive approach to all communications • Ability to work augmented hours if post deployment requires (e.g. posts may be required at 6pm ET)
