Description
• Support the digital marketing team in developing and maintaining the monthly promotional calendar • Manage email campaigns (brief creation, copy, design coordination, building, testing and scheduling) • Manage email lists and segmentation • Create strategies to acquire new emails and improve engagement • Run a/b tests to optimize performance of existing email campaigns • Analyze performance across email flows and campaigns to improve KPIs and recommend new opportunities • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets that align with our brand voice and values • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing and ecommerce • Experience using Klaviyo. (must-have) • Experience with SMS a plus • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills • Marketing certificate or degree is a plus • Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics and technology
