Description

• Oversee a customer service team assisting Individual members. • Collaborate with other Operations Supervisors to meet customer needs. • Monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and quality. • Hire, develop, and coach operations staff; manage their performance. • Support process improvement initiatives and complete assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. • 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment is defined as equivalent experience. • 3 years in Operations, Customer service, Claims, or related experience required. • 1 year in a leadership/management role required. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and share responsibility in a team environment. • Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills. • Must be organized, a team player, and able to handle multiple projects.
