Description
• Provide Administration services such as system maintenance and technical troubleshooting • Interface with ServiceNow Customer Support for technical support • Manage roles and access to the system • Upgrade all instances as ServiceNow releases updates • Adhere to change management processes • Prepare and manage Upgrade/Patch Notes and packages
Requirements
• BS in Engineering, Management Information Systems or related technical degree or 10+ years of experience • ServiceNow Certification a plus • Experience in upgrading all instances of ServiceNow • Experience with system maintenance and technical troubleshooting • Experience with Hi-Wave for technical support and managing roles and access
